This was a campaign to remind the employees about the risks of working with the  safety gear off. Every year, many Gerdau workers had some serious injuries due this prossedue failure. And hand injuries were the most common acciddent. The images got the employees`s attention and the hand injuries were reduced almost by half, at the and of the campaign`s first year.
