BMW i3, a 100% electric vehicle, invites you to an exclusive
jazz show powered only by the car`s stored energy.

There`s no little guy here. With huge innovation features, this all electric BMW uses clean energy in all its production processes. And comes with cutting edge technology that most of us still don`t know . But everybody knows that in the Earth Hour, we are asked to turn off our computers, TVs, electric devices, appliances and switch off all the lights, for 60 minutes. Save energy, save the planet.
We saw in this initiative a great opportunity do get the consumer`s attention (especially, the younger audience), for the i3. We wanna get some buzz around BMW, make a cool content and, nonetheless, show the car`s super exclusive features.
Earth (Jazz) Hour
During Earth Hour, BMW is gonna make a live streaming Jazz Jam Session, on the brand`s website. Great jazz artists, worldwide. And all the power supply for this gig comes from a BMW i3`s battery cell. That`s right: this guy`s power cell can gives him a 300km autonomy. And it can stores up to 33KW in a single charge. More than enough to power up this cool pocket show.
An AD Script:
Before the show, we see the hostess arriving in a really coo garage, with a small stage in the center, among some i3 cars. She steps out of her BMW, remove the power cell, holding it like a guitar case, and brings it to the stage. Yes, the i3`s power cell is removable, so you can plug in and charge at home, just like your smartphone... Well, maybe a little bit bigger.
That brand`s proximity with jazz is an old history. For years, BMW sponsored the Brasil Jazz Festival, former Free Jazz Festival. In this "mobile edition" we set a jam with jazz legends Chick Korea, Wayne Shorter, Joe Pizzarelli, Stanley Clarke and Grimes (a hit singer, experimental music producer with an unusual musical work. These union will explore the melodic boundaries, in one hour of unique and sophisticated music.
